01 / Scope and who we are

This policy applies to the Nature's Brands Labs website.

Nature's Brands Labs is a manufacturing platform operated by Nature's Brands, Inc. In this policy, “Nature's Brands,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nature's Brands, Inc. This policy applies when you visit this website, submit a project inquiry, request a plant visit, select formulas for a project, or otherwise communicate with us through the website.

It does not govern the privacy practices of an unrelated third-party website, platform, or service linked from this site.

02 / Information we collect

Information you provide, plus limited website-operating data.

Project inquiries

When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect your name, work email, company or brand, phone number, project pathway, product category, project stage, estimated quantity, selected products, project details, and the page from which the inquiry was sent.

Plant visit requests

When you submit a plant-visit request, we may collect your name, company, business email, phone number, preferred visit date, visitor count, the first and last names of additional visitors when requested, area of interest, and visit notes.

Communications

We may retain correspondence, call notes, attachments, project preferences, and other information you choose to share when you communicate with our team or begin a business relationship.

Technical and usage data

Our hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic or security events.

Please do not submit trade secrets, confidential formulas, medical information, government identification numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through a general website inquiry unless our team has provided an approved secure method and any required confidentiality documents are in place.

03 / How we use information

We use information to move a legitimate request forward.

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about requested products or services.
  • Evaluate project fit, product category, formulation pathway, quantity, timing, and service needs.
  • Coordinate plant-visit requests and related safety, scheduling, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, samples, commercial discussions, and potential manufacturing relationships.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website and its forms.
  • With your consent, measure which Google ads lead to successful project inquiries and use those results to evaluate our advertising.
  • Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
  • Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and quality obligations.

We may also contact you about services closely related to an inquiry or existing relationship. You can ask us to stop optional marketing communications at any time.

04 / Cookies and browser storage

Advertising measurement is your choice.

The formulation shortlist uses local browser storage so the products you select can remain available on that device. The shortlist normally stays on your device; selected product references are sent to us only when you include them in a project inquiry. You can remove products through the shortlist interface or clear the site's stored data through your browser settings.

Our hosting and security providers may use essential cookies, request logs, or similar technologies needed to deliver pages, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. These functions do not depend on accepting advertising measurement.

Optional Google Ads measurement

If you accept advertising measurement, we load Google's advertising tag. Google may use cookies and process advertising click identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, page information, and a signal that a project inquiry was successfully submitted. This helps connect inquiries to our ads. Our conversion event does not include your name, email, phone number, message, or selected formulas.

We do not enable personalized advertising or enhanced conversions in this website integration. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to advertising measurement, and declining does not prevent you from using the site or sending an inquiry.

Before you accept, this integration does not load the Google advertising tag. You can accept or decline in the banner, or change your choice using . We store your choice and its date in local browser storage for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. Clearing browser storage or using another browser or device may also require a new choice. If storage is blocked, the choice may only last for the current page.

Withdrawing consent stops future conversion events from this integration and updates the Google tag's consent state. It does not undo data already sent; an already-loaded tag may send a consent-status update. You can also remove existing cookies through your browser settings. When we detect an enabled Global Privacy Control browser signal, we keep advertising measurement off.

05 / How information is shared

We share information only for defined business or legal purposes.

  • Service providers. Vendors may support form transmission, email, hosting, security, information technology, analytics used for site operation, and professional services. They receive information only as needed to perform services for us.
  • Form transmission. Project inquiries and plant-visit requests are processed by our website server and delivered to our Nature's Brands Microsoft 365 sales mailbox. Microsoft processes the email delivery as our business technology provider.
  • Advertising measurement. If you consent, Google receives the technical information and inquiry-success signal described above. Google processes information under its applicable terms and privacy policies. The inquiry contents continue to be handled through our website server and Microsoft 365, not the advertising conversion event.
  • Business operations. Information may be shared within Nature's Brands and with contractors or professional advisers who need it for the inquiry, a project, risk management, legal advice, or business administration.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, security, or the integrity of our services.
  • Business transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
  • With your direction. We may share information when you request or authorize us to do so.

We do not sell or rent inquiry contact lists. Optional advertising measurement involves the data sharing with Google described in this policy. You can decline that measurement or change your choice at any time.

06 / Retention

We retain information for as long as it has a legitimate purpose.

Retention depends on the nature of the information and our relationship with you. We generally keep inquiry and correspondence records for the time reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or administer a potential or active project, maintain business and quality records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Locally stored shortlist information remains in your browser until you remove it, clear browser storage, or the browser removes it. We remember the advertising measurement choice for up to 180 days; this is separate from Google's cookie and data retention periods. Third-party service providers may apply their own documented retention periods.

07 / Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission is risk-free.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. The internet and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Use an approved secure channel—not a general inquiry form—when sharing confidential formulas, regulated records, or other sensitive project information.

08 / Your choices and rights

You can ask questions and exercise applicable privacy rights.

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, a copy of certain information, or information about how it is used or disclosed. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

You can opt out of optional marketing emails by following the instructions in the message or contacting us. You can manage browser storage, cookies, and similar technologies through your browser controls.

For website advertising measurement, use . Declining or withdrawing this choice does not affect the handling of your project inquiry.

09 / Children's privacy

This business-to-business website is not directed to children.

The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Nature's Brands is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or another location where our service providers operate. Privacy protections in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this policy as the website and our practices evolve.

When we make changes, we will post the revised policy here and update the effective or “last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
